Do you have a shop?
This is our shop. We sell everything we make online, direct to our customers. But if you’d like to view a specific piece or talk to us in person about a commission then get in touch and we can arrange a time for you to drop by.
Can I order by phone?
You certainly can. Our number is 07742 203002.
How do I find out more about an item?
Easy. You can call or email us with any specific requests about any item on the site. Or if you’d like to see it from another angle than the ones shown, just let us know and we’ll get the camera out.
What is your delivery policy?
We offer free delivery on all of our lamps and shades.
For all other items (chairs, tables, cupboards & mirrors) we will contact you to arrange delivery by private courier. Delivery charges will be invoiced separately and no delivery charge will be made at the checkout. Delivery costs vary depending on location so if you’d like an estimate before you order then please get in touch.
We will get your goods to you as quickly as we can, usually within 7 days.
What is your Returns policy?
We think you’ll be more than happy with your purchases from Humblesticks. But, if not, we can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in the same condition in which it was sold within 30 days. Unfortunately, we are not able to reimburse any delivery costs.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please let us know and we will do our very best to resolve the situation as swiftly as possible.
We make every effort to protect the privacy of our users and customers. As such we will not ask for personal details that are not required as part of your transaction. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Any other personal data collected by us online will be safely and securely stored.
What is your Cancellation policy?
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible. However, we’re unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
